The green light for the relocation of KOSDAQ...
"I'm grateful for the recognition of our extensive R&D over the last 20 years with the highest-performing technology."
DataStreams CEO Lee Young-Sang announced on the 3rd that it received an A grade from both Nice Evaluation Information and Nice D&B, a technology special listing evaluation institution designated by the Korea Exchange.
DataStreams, which celebrates its 20th anniversary this year, is a leading company in the domestic big data solution market. It is currently seeking to transfer to KOSDAQ. The award of an A grade is expected to act as a positive influence on the process of requesting a preliminary listing review in the future.
Mr Lee said, "This result means that 15 data solution technologies developed by DataStreams with huge R&D costs and manpower over the past 20 years have been recognized for their usefulness in developing industries such as public, financial, manufacturing, distribution, and medical.
In order to pass the evaluations from both institutions, we needed to achieve at least A or Triple B, and they have been recognized for their excellent technology," he said. "Although the results of the technical evaluation are disappointing, we will steadily prepare for the listing preliminary review process so that we can start the IPO process."
